Château Mont-Redon, the largest single-vineyard estate in
Châteauneuf-du-Pape, encompasses 330 acres (200 under vine). It is one
of two estates in the appellation to have plantings of all 13 permitted
varietals. The history of this estate’s vineyards dates back to 1334.
Henri Plantin started to reassemble the original estate’s property in
1923. The current (third) generation continues to operate this estate.
