TASTING NOTES
The cool coastal breezes of the Russian River appellation produce some
of the most widely-acclaimed Pinot Noir grapes. Bogle winemakers worked
with long-time growers in this region to create this year’s vintage. A
wine of structure and finesse, floral aromas of crushed rose petals and
violets are welcoming and inviting. Dense fruit flavors of black cherry
integrate with moderately toasty oak overtones. The lingering
impression on the palate is one of firmly weighted fruit with a soft,
silky finish, echoing with touches of pipe tobacco and earthy leather.
This wine is elegance with accessibility. |
