Wilhelm Walch Winery started in 1869 and was originally a Jesuit convent in Tremin, Alto Adige. Italy. The historical large underground cellar was recently enlarged to accommodate state of the art winemaking equipment, but still houses oak casks that were intricately carved in 1880. The focus is on single varietals. |
