Pazo San Mauro is located in Riax Baixas, in northwestern Spain in the
Galicia region, along the Atlantic coastline. Galicia is famous for their
Albariņo and fresh seafood. The estate is run by Domingo Villars and his son
Andreas. Domingo began modernizing the winery 10 years ago by installing
stainless steel tanks for controlled fermentation and a cooling system for
stabilization.. Fruit aromas of lime peel and potpourri lead into this fruity,
soft, full and round wine with a very well-balanced and dry finish. Ideal with
any seafood dish.
