Crafted to be nicely drinkable upon its release in the spring of 2009,
this wine has the structure to age beautifully in the bottle for many
years. In the mouth it feels round, with soft tannins punctuated by just
enough acidity. Subtle berry and black cherry flavors combine with a
touch of dark caramel and coffee. The long finish lingers with
suggestions of vanilla and herbs. |
